1. The organizer accepts, as exhibitors, Tunisian and foreign companies who have quality of manufacturers, producers, importers, exporters, exclusive general agents, moral or physical persons interested in the exhibition
2. Displayed goods, products or services must be admitted in the list of elements allowed to be exposed.
3. The participation is considered definitive when the participation form is ratified by the organizer.
4. The admissions are personal and non-transferable. It is stipulated that the signature of a participation form involves a complete payment of the amount which appears on it.
5. The acceptance of the “participation form” and areas allocation recovers from the exclusive competence of the staff committee which proceed in a compatible way with its organizational requirements to the allocation of these areas by considering in particular :
a| the regularity and the complete character of the “participation form”;
b| the date of presentation of the “participation form”;
c| the unoccupied space;
d| the situations of exhibitor’s payments delay for previous exhibition;
e| the exhibition plans of halls and opened areas.
The exhibitor’s request formulated at the presentation of the “participation form” are indicative and cannot be considered, in any case, as conditions for the efficiency of the “participation form”.
6. The payment of all the invoices is due before the opening of the exhibition. If in this term the area’s expenses was not paid, the amount of the invoice will be increased, by right and without preliminary formal nottice, of 1 % of penality per month of delay, in this consideration, UTAP has the right to retain the displayed goods and movable elements belonging to the exhibitor.
7. The payment of the amount must be made in provided time (end of August, 2011), in no case after the beginning of the exhibition. The exhibitor can occupy the attributed area with the express condition to have paid the organizer. This right cannot be transfered to thirds

The withdrawals, for any reason, must be communicated to the UTAP by registered letter or by telegram, at least 60 days before the beginning of the show.
2. The withdrawal notified 60 days before the show begining allows the exhibitor the refund of the provisional deposit except the registration fee.
3. The withdrawal notified 30 days before the show begining exempts the exhibitor of the payment of royalties and indemnities, however the sums paid as deposit remain devoted to UTAP.
4. The withdrawal 15 days before the show begining will let remain chargeable to the exhibitor the full payment of participation charges and indemnities. |

Exhibitor's general terms |
|
The stand’s settings will begin 4 days before the opening of the exhibition. The stands height must not exceed 2,5 metres except express and written derogation. Exhibition park’s buildings and equipments must not be damaged under any excuse. The fair administration can refuse, modify or make unsettled the installations non-corresponding to the mentioned prescriptions.
2. During the exhibition :
During the show, the exhibitor has to occupy the place attributed to him/her until the exhibition’s closure.
Displayed products must not, as possible, be covered during opening hours.
UTAP reserves the right to remove any goods not included within the framework of the exhibition, without any right of compensation by the exhibitors.
It is forbidden to the exhibitor or the staff of the stand to make, in any way, in or around their stands, any advertisement for any company other than theirs or the one they represent.
It is also forbidden to the exhibitor to let, rent, give to a third or transfer its stand.
Any advertisement, demonstration or excessive request in area around the stand (loudspeakers, etc.) that might disturb the occupants of the nearby stands are strictly forbidden. The exhibitor must remain in their allocated space, and any advertising material has to be in this space.
The supplying of the stands must be done during the halls opening hours. During this operation, safety paths have to remain free.
3. During the closure of the exhibition :
a| The dismantling of stands and their evacuation must be done within a delay not exceeding two days from the closure of the exhibition.
b| Before the closure of the exhibition it will not be allowed to begin operations of dismantling, nor even to take off already exposed material. Besides, the removal of the material has to be accompanied with the establishment of an exit index card which the exhibitor have to remove from the administrative office of UTAP, on the express condition that the complete payment was realized. On the contrary, UTAP will have the right to retain the displayed goods until the moment when the payment will be made.
c| Spent the delay of 2 days, the UTAP will charge an amount of 1,2DT by m2 in each supplementary daytime (except taxes).
d| Spent the delay of a week, the materials and goods will be considered as purely and simply abandoned for the benefit of the UTAP, without needing the accomplishment of some formality and the UTAP can have them as one pleases.
e| Exhibitors must return decorations, materials put in their arrangement in the state they had been given to them. Any deteriorations caused by their installation or their goods to the material, building, or occupied floor, will be evaluated and put chargeable to the exhibitors.

1. Insurances :
Besides the insurance covering objects of exposition, exhibitor must subscribe, at his own expenses, any insurance covering the risks which himself and his staff incurs or make incur to third parties. The organizer is not responsible for any of these risks, especially in case of loss, theft, or any damage.
2. Customs :
Each exhibitor must accomplish customs formalities for the materials and products from abroad. UTAP cannot be held responsible for the difficulties which could arise during the accomplishement of these formalities.
3. Guarding :
The guarding of stands and their contents is guaranteed only during closing hours. During opening hours, products and materials are under the responsibility of the exhibitor. |

Admittance to the park is only allowed to those who present a title emitted or admitted by the UTAP which reserves the right to refuse the entrance to anyone without justification. UTAP also reserves the right to expel any person whom the behavior would justify such a decision.

Overpowering or unpredictable circumstances |
|
In case of overpowering or impredictable circumstances, that would result by cancelling the show, the participation will be cancelled and the amounts of deposits, already paid by the exhibitors and remaining available after deduction of the expenses engaged by UTAP, will be distributed to them in proportion to said payments and it is clearly admitted that no recourse can be exerced in any way against the UTAP. |

Official catalog and other publications |
|
will be distributed to all the exhibitors an official catalog establishing the list of the participating companies, the type of products they display and the position which they occupy.
UTAP and\or the printing office cannot be, in any case, considered responsible for errors and for recognizable neglects in the advertisements, if the exhibitor does not supply the specific indications, or if these are not exact. |

By signing their participation form, exhibitors accept the prescriptions of the present rules. Any infringement to the general rules may cause the exclusion of the violating exhibitor.
A compensation must be paid by the exhibitor as damages to repair moral or material damages, undergone by the show.
This compensation must be, at least, equal to the participation fee that has to be paid to UTAP without supplementary prejudice damages which could be asked.
On that account, UTAP has the right to retain displayed goods and decorating elements belonging to the exhibitor. In case of contesting and disputes, only the courts of Tunis are competent.
The exhibitors officially commit to respect the clauses of the present general rules
